Smytham Holiday Park in North Devon is set in 33 acres of parkland adjoining the old Manor House, which is still used as a family home.
Weve got a selection of self-catering holiday accommodation, from traditional camping and caravanning pitches to timber lodges, camping pods, and holiday homes.
The Park offers a heated outdoor swimming pool and sun patio sheltered within the old walled garden. For the children we have a games room, outside play equipment, and outdoor games Kid's can even bring their bikes to enjoy all the open space.

"The Walled Garden" consists of 13 pitches suitable for small tents requiring a standard pitch and located close to the pool. It also has a small covered kitchen area for those campers that arrive on foot or by bike. All pitches in the walled garden have 16 amp electric hook-ups.
Along one side of our driveway we have the original terraced area - particularly good for caravanners. "The Terraces" have standard hardstandings and grass, all pitches are level and come complete with 16 amp electric hook-ups.
Created in 2017 "The Orchard" boasts a variety of pitches including large, standard and serviced pitches. For those of us that enjoy the luxuries in life we even have en-suite pitches. These pitches have their own washroom and toilet in a timber clad cabin
There is a variety of activities for you to enjoy at Smytham Holiday Park in North Devon.
Take a relaxing swim in our heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to September) or play table-top games in our purpose-built games room.
There is a volleyball/badminton on the lawn for you to enjoy along with a large open space in the valley which can be used for games such as football or cricket.
For the younger ones there is a large play area complete with swings, slides and climbing frames!

Smytham Manor is a family run park situated 2 miles south of Great Torrington on the A386 Okehampton road.
The Park is centrally located for exploring the whole of North Devon, or even further afield.
Dartmoor is only half an hour away, and Westward Ho! is just twenty minutes by car.
We have direct access onto the world-famous Tarka Trail - an old railway line converted into a foot/cycle path where there are stops along the way to refresh yourself with a drink and a bite to eat in the beautiful Devon countryside.
