We`re a non-electric, dog and family friendly small campsite and Motorhome stop over in rural Ayrshire. We accept tents, campervans and motorhomes.
Encircled by tranquil woodland, we`re the ideal hideaway for those looking to set up camp in a relaxing and secluded location, but still within easy reach of local towns and villages. Ideal if you`re looking for peace & quiet.
Our grass pitches are spacious and unmarked, meaning you`re free to choose where to park your campervan or pitch your tent, with no restrictions on tent size.
We have 5 tarmac hardstanding pitches open all year round, suitable for motorhomes.
We have a stream that meanders through our site, where kids can paddle and play and dogs can take a dip and cool off.
We`re not entirely off grid, with drinking water, 1 hot shower, 2 toilets and washing up facilities.
Our site is all about bringing camping, back to a time, where kids made their own fun and parents could relax.
Off the ground firepits and BBQs are welcomed.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome too, they must be kept on a lead onsite due to livestock, but we have direct access to the surrounding woodlands via a gate from our site, where they can run off lead and play for hours.
