Newlands Park is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding historic
towns and places of interest and just 3 miles from Lyme Regis.
Park your caravan or pitch your tent amid glorious countryside with the sea and beach just a short distance away. This immaculate park has modern facilities, level grass pitches for touring vans, with hard standing and fully serviced pitches available. Plenty of fresh water points, sinks for washing-up and food preparation, excellent showers and toilet facilities, plus a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryers.
There is a well stocked shop on-site that caters for your everyday needs, on site dining available in the Tow Bar & Restaurant.
There is plenty to keep the family amused with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, plus a indoor soft play area and a Children's club that operates throughout the summer (school holiday's only). There is an adventure playground plus amusements to keep the younger ones occupied while you relax in the comfort of the fully air-conditioned bar and lounge.
Nearby Attractions
Nearby seaside towns include Charmouth, Lyme Regis and West Bay. Abbotsbury with its tropical gardens, swannery and childrens farm has all the ingredients for an interesting day out. The Rolling Dorset Downs, a superb open coastline fringed by the Chesil Beach and 'Thomas Hardy Country' with its picturesque villages and thatched Cottages.

Owner Directions
Approaching from the East - Leave the A35 at Charmouth Exit on your left. Newlands is situated on the left hand side.
Approaching from the West - Stay on the A35 until you reach the roundabout at the top of Charmouth ignore the right turn to Charmouth go straight ahead on A35 for Dorchester -after approx 3/4 of a mile take 1st right hand exit for Charmouth.Newlands is just round the corner on the left hand side.
