Trellyn Woodland Camping is a family friendly site just two minutes from Pembrokeshire`s beaches. Secluded valley setting with ensuite toilets with all camping and glamping yurts with a wood-fired sauna.
Just 7 pitches and 3 glamping structures in 16 Acres ! peace quiet and space guaranteed
Leave behind the hustle and bustle of traditional field sites just 7 secluded pitches each with their own picnic table, campfire grate and 2 pitches have electrical hook up if required
Firewood is provided free of charge together with beach toys , wetsuits and surfboards all included to complete your camping experience.
The site has three separate free shower/toilet washrooms with hot and cold running water. So no queuing!
We provide 1 communal chest freezer, 3 fridges that you have access to and also we provide ice packs so you can change over packs to keep your food chilled.
Every pitch and Glamping structure has its own covered campfire, each is set in its own bit of wilderness not overlooked by anyone yet close enough to be social if you want to.
Join us for a pizza night with our wood burning pizza oven or just unwind in our wood burning Sauna.
We have an extensive stock of free to borrow Body Boards, Surf Boards, Sit-on-Top Kayaks, various wet suits, buckets, spades and rock pooling nets. These are available on a free "fair usage" arrangement
*3 Yurts A luxury camping experience*
Enjoy the experience of Glamping in style. Our 2 bedroom "Hobbit Yurt" or either of our other 20 yurts are each set in their own clearings.
The authentic Mongolian Yurt is camping in luxury, furnished in a nomadic style with cushions and kilms on a wooden floor around a centrally placed wood burning stove. The sleeping arrangements are one luxurious hotel grade double bed and two single beds.
Additionally outside is a picnic table, campfire grate and firewood is provided.
From the A40 at Letterston between Haverfordwest and Fishguard, turn opposite the fish & chip shop on to B4331. Follow road for approximately 4 miles until the cross roads with the A487 Fishguard to St. Davids Rd.
Straight over takes you in to Mathry.
At top of the hill just after Farmers Arms pub turn right following the signs for Abercastle. 1.8 miles after this junction you will see our sign & entrance on the left.
If you get to the Abercastle village sign, you have gone 100 yards too far.
