Now entering its 11th season!... and its just got better again!
New Lodge Farm Caravan/Camping and Glamping Site with Farm Shop and Cafe are set in a quiet, attractive rural location close to Rockingham Forest.
The farm is run by husband and wife team Simon and Sarah Singlehurst. The award winning Farm Shop, Butchery and eatery was opened in 1999. The exclusively adult site for touring Caravans/Motorhomes and Tents was opened in 2014.
The site makes use of old stone Farm barns which have been beautifully brought back to life and house a superb reception, shower/toilet block, and laundry facilities, all hinting towards their former use with beams and features retained.
The Touring site facilities include 53 fully serviced pitches, a selection of hardstanding or grass each with 16a electric hooks ups, fresh water and grey waste drainage. Tents all have generous pitches with electric hookup and parking on the pitch.
New Lodge Farm has two Luxury Glamping POD`s and Shepherd huts for hire. These units are self contained with double bed, sofa, kitchenette, dining area and en-suite facilities. Complete with decked terrace, easy chairs and fire pit.
There is now an exclusive to rent, resistance swim and hydrotherapy pool on-site to provide an exercise and relaxation facility to our guests.
The whole Farm Site runs exclusively on Biomass Woodchip, providing heat and hot water and Solar panels for electricity, helping it hit the highest standards of sustainability.
Set in the middle of our working Farm, our guests are able to enjoy beautiful views of the peaceful grazing livestock and the surrounding countryside. Walks from the site are many and varies from open valleys to ancient Forests or just relax on site to watch our towering Red Kites that are a daily feature.
We have an Award winning Farm Shop and an On Farm Butchery producing Lamb, Beef and Pork straight off the Farm. its also offers a varied selection of best local produce. The Farm Shop eatery is open to all guests, every weekend including Bank Holidays and limited opening hours during the week. Vending machine on site.
A firm favourite with our guests are our campsite exclusive Friday Night Farmhouse Suppers, Saturday Pizzas and Sunday Roasts. Our award winning cafe serves a home cooked menu throughout the week or alternatively why not buy some homemade Sausages, Beef burgers or Aberdeen Angus Steaks from the shop to cook on your own BBQ along with a chilled bottle of wine!
The site has a very welcoming policy for dogs with a large enclosed 1 acre dog walk down to our duck pond.

The Farm is set close to Rockingham Forest
Cycling routes, nearby cycle hire, Lake Fishing is available and day tickets for Carp and Barbel can be purchased, pay and play Golf is only 1 mile away
New Lodge Farm is also famous for its large population of Red Kites towering over the site. For those who don`t mind getting in their car there are a range of fantastic quality old English pubs nearby.
Burghley House , Rockingham Castle, Deene Park , Fotheringhay Castle, Rutland Water, Lyvden New Bield, Kirby Hall, Triangular Lodge, Rockingham Forest, Harringworth Viaduct, Oundle, Stamford and Uppingham are all local historical places of interest and charming places to visit.
