Chateau de Lez-Eaux's setting should sort you out for whichever flavour of Normandy holiday you're after; if you seek yet more northern France adventures, it's about an hour and 15 minutes' drive to Saint-Malo and the Brittany coast too.
The closest sandy beach is about four kilometres away, at the park's local town of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer.
Begin your Normandy wanderings with some time at the surrounding Mont Saint-Michel Bay or Baie du mont Saint-Michel, between Brittany and the Normandy peninsula of Cotentin. Birdwatching and seal spotting are popular picks around these waters, as is a trip to the world-famed Mont Saint-Michel island and its monastery.
Mont Saint-Michel is reachable at low tide from Granville with its wide golden sandy beach, its art deco casino and the gardens and the 19th-century Villa les Rhumbs
Site is situated off the D973. If approaching from Granville follow signs to Avranches for 3.9miles / 6.4km, site entrance will be signposted on the right 1.5miles/2.4km after passing the Geant Casino Superstore. From Avranches take the D973 towards Granville after passing through Sartilly the site is o the left in 4.1 miles / 6.5km St-Pair-sur Mer is not suitable for caravans
