Description
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.
This is an adults only site
Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only

Opening Dates next year: 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025
The caravan site is set in a reclusive part of approximately 10 acres of land. This includes a one acre lake which is available for our campers to fish, there is an extra fee for fishing. Guaranteeing visitors a restful and peaceful stay.
Dogs are welcome at no extra cost but do need to be kept on a lead whilst on site!
Free Wi-Fi for those who want to stay connected to the internet.
We've 5 electric hook-ups, 4 have hard standings and 1 is a grass pitch. All are 16amp which are all metered, so you only pay for what you use! Satellite and TV points are available for free on some of the pitches. If you do not require electric hook up there are other grass pitches available, please let us know when making a booking.
As a Caravan Club site there is a limit of 5 members. This allows plenty of space between each caravan.
Nearby Attractions
The site is only a 15-min walk from the historic market town of North Walsham, where there's various shops, pubs and restaurants to visit.
North Walsham has a swimming pool, tenpin bowling alley, roller-skating and a train station.
The train station will take you to Wroxham, a gateway to the Norfolk Broads, or onwards to the fine City of Norwich with the cathedral and market to visit. The other direction heads towards the coast where Cromer awaits with its end-of-pier shows and then onto Sheringham where, if you wish, the North Norfolk Railway can take you further along the lovely North Norfolk coast.
The Old Stables is also in easy reach of numerous National Trust Properties and is ideal for bird watchers, as, not only are our grounds full of all species, the village of Cley, well known for its large variety of birds and wildlife.

Owner Directions
From North Walsham - Take the B1145 out of North Walsham towards Aylsham. Look for drive entrance 325 metres on right hand side after junction with greens lane and Aylsham road. Entrance marked with the new Caravan and Motorhome Club sign, turn right down private drive continue, through the gate and follow to the paddock on the right and the owners Neil or Julie will be awaiting your arrival.
From Norwich - Leave Norwich on the A140 towards Cromer. Take 3rd exit at Aylsham roundabout to stay on A140. Travel 2 miles and turn right onto B1145 North Walsham Road. Travel 4.5 miles to site and you will see the Caravan Club sign, entrance on left hand side.
