Then there is the beautiful south Devon coast, with spectacular coastal walks and cosy fishing harbours nestled in amongst sandy beaches and rock pools. There are numerous National Trust properties including the wonderful Lydford Gorge, Sir Francis Drakes house Buckland Abbey and the lovley Cotehele House by the river.
