From March to Early November, 5 star Ladram Bay is home to big caravans, small dome tents and everything in between. There are three areas for our touring visitors; "Hillside" for seasonal pitches, "Smugglers" & "The Ridges" for casual visitors.
All of the touring pitches come with electric hook up as standard, so just relax and enjoy the top touring facilities:

Take your pick from our brand new Otterpod range, Traditional Bell Tents or Glamping pods - offering all the fun of camping but with the benefit of a little luxury. Also available are Holiday homes, Leisure Lodges and Apartments should you decide to leave the motorhome or tent behind.

Ladram Bay is situated just to the East of the picturesque village of Otterton just south of Exeter City. Leave the M5 at Exeter Services (Junction 30) and take the A3052 signposted to Sidmouth At Newton Poppleford take the B3178 towards Budleigh Salterton, driving through Colaton Raleigh One mile after Colaton Raleigh, turn left at the brick monument that is signposted Otterton and Ladram Bay Once in Otterton, simply follow the signs to Ladram Bay
