Southdown Way caravan and camping site is beautifully positioned within the South Downs National Park. The camp site is large with level and open fields providing safe surroundings for outdoor sport activities for adults and children alike without disturbing other campers. Feel free to bring along your sporting equipment and enjoy the freedom of open spaces.
Our location is ideal for exploring Sussex and the surrounding countryside on foot, cycling, horseback or further afield by car,
bus or train. The local Historic villages of Hassocks, Ditchling,
Clayton and Keymer are all close by and offer a high standard of restaurants, pubs and a wide variety of good shops. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away. The excellent golf course at Pycombe is very close by.
The site facilities are of a very high standard, are clean and well maintained. This beautiful site with its outstanding views, looking towards the lovely Jack and Jill windmills has quickly become a firm favourite with many of our guests who return two or three times a year.

From North Leave M25 join M23 Brighton. Leave motorway at Pycombe join A273 London Rd. Continue
on A273 to Clayton. At junction of A273 and B2112
Join B2112 signed Plumpton Ditchling.
At junction at whitehouse turn left into Lodge Lane Site entrance immediately left. Identified by Traffic Cones.
From South Brighton by Pass leave A27. Join A23 North. Leave A23 join A273 to Hassocks Pycombe. Leave A273 immediately after Clayton turn right at junction onto B2112 New Road, signposted Plumpton Ditchling.After 2 miles by whitehouse turn left into Lodge Lane Site immediately on left.
