Discover a Hidden Gem when you stay at our chilled out Eco-Campsite in West Wales. Mwnt Camping is a family friendly, dog free eco-campsite. We are close to the beautiful beaches of West Wales and only ten minutes from the vibrant town of Cardigan.
There are just ten well spaced out camping spots for tents and small campervans, a furnished bell tent and a cosy caravan; all set in three acres of rolling meadow.
Choose a pitch in the meadow. Each one has a campfire area for cooking and hanging out in the evenings. Mwnt Camping offers simple, relaxed and well spaced camping in a beautiful setting. There are panoramic views across the countryside stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Preseli Hills.
Each pitch has a dedicated campfire area. Logs are available for sale or you can bring your own.
We know that bathrooms can make or break a camping experience. We focussed on making these facilities really nice; they are simple, kept clean and have plenty of character. Use of the hot showers is included in your stay.

We have a selection of fun outdoor games and activities at the campsite, including swingball, boules, and ping-pong.
In the barn you can find a lounging area with coffee tables, board games, cards and also a bookshelf where you can swap your book for one you havent read…
We grow our own organic food here and usually have organic veg and eggs available for campers.
We recycle all your food, paper and cardboard waste into compost!
There are two ponds at Mwnt Camping, both new for 2024. One is a wildlife pond in the camping meadow whilst the other is in a fenced off area that only our pet ducks and chickens can access.
Enjoy great landscape and coastal views by day, amazing sunsets and dark skies for viewing the stars at night.
Since December 2023, Mwnt Camping has become a campsite operating within the Eco Camping Club (also established by the founders of Mwnt Camping). We are recognised by the Welsh Government as an organisation that promotes outdoor leisure. When you stay at Mwnt Camping, you will need to be a member of the Eco Camping Club, but dont worry its free!
Bell Tents
For a hassle free camping trip we offer bell tent glamping with a bed and various bits and bobs so that you can just turn up and chill. Our bell tents are lovely, cool and magical places to spend time under canvas!
Nearby Attractions
Mwnt beach is a magical spot, popular with the local dolphins; it`s a scenic twenty minute stroll from the camping meadow, or a few minutes down the lane, by car.
Supermarkets are within three miles from the campsite for your shopping
There is a National Trust cafe for breakfasts and treats just a mile away at Mwnt beach
