Moss Wood Caravan Park is a meticulously maintained site in an beautiful countryside destination. Conveniently under 15 minutes from Junction 33 of the M6, the park has stunning countryside surrounding it, sitting just on the edge of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding National Beauty.
Moss Wood takes both customer service and the environment very seriously, giving us a park which marries happy guests with an abundance of natural wildlife. As a family-run business, we cater to families with a play park and a four acre field for children and dogs (and adults!) to play and tire themselves out in. We also provide a quiet relaxing holiday location for couples and friends of all ages. Dogs are very welcome on site - we just ask that they are kept under control.
Many of our guests enjoy the outdoor activities around Moss Wood. We are less than a mile from the Lancashire Coastal Way and the North Lancashire Cycle Loop, giving walkers and cyclists good access to the park. For those who enjoy fishing, we have our own well stocked coarse fishing lake on site, which is highly recommended.
On site we have hard-standing pitches for caravans, with electric hook-ups and water provided included in the price. We also have over 150 static caravan holiday homes on site, so if you are visiting us in your touring caravan, you'll be joining a holiday community for your stay.
If you happen to be interested, we always have a handful of these holiday homes for sale and we will be very happy to show you around if you are thinking of making the move from a touring caravan to a larger static caravan holiday home - or if you're just curious!
We take great pride in our park here at Moss Wood and we like nothing more than seeing our guests enjoying their holiday. We hope that we will see you soon!
