Located on Norfolk`s beautiful coast near Great Yarmouth, Waxham Sands Holiday Park offers dog-friendly camping and touring getaways for all the family.
The park features direct access to the beach, a new children`s play area for the little ones, play field, a park shop, table tennis, boules court, Nature Walk Trail, Communal Fire Pit (warden controlled) and a communal Safari Dining tent. The park also has a laundry room as well as toilets and washrooms for all of our visitors.
Waxham offers more than 200 electric and non-electric grass pitches for tents, campervans and motorhomes. There is also space for parking next to your pitch so you can begin making memories right away. Our electric and non-electric camping and touring areas are all grass and completely flat — hardly surprising for Norfolk!
As well as a range of spacious grass electric and grass non-electric pitches, theres all the amenities you could need including a WiFi hotspot, a new children`s play area, a playing field and a park shop stocking local produce and treats. Head over to our communal safari tent to mingle with other campers and tourers over a board game.

No trip to Waxham Sands Holiday Park is complete without exploring our private wood and beautiful coastal path right behind our park, it`s a dog walker`s paradise.
Stroll over sand dunes directly from the park to Horsey Gap beach and greet our grey seal neighbours. Or visit the beautiful Norfolk Broads located just four minutes away.
Nearby Attractions
The Great Barn, Waxham — one of our locals and the perfect place to press pause after a day on the beach. Enjoy a delicious light lunch or treat yourself to a cream tea in the longest thatched barn in the county.
Horsey — take a relaxing stroll into the village of Horsey. We`d recommend a visit to Brograve Mill or the National Trust Horsey Windpump whilst looking out over Horsey Mere. That`s followed, of course, by a refreshment at the Nelson Head pub.
SEA LIFE Aquarium, Great Yarmouth — just a quick road trip down the coast is a fun-filled family day out, marvelling at some of planet Earths most incredible sea creatures.
Museum of the Broads — Steep yourselves in Norfolk history with a short, 15-minute drive — learn about the people, wildlife and boats of the incredible Broads.
Thrigby Hall Museum Gardens — From snow leopards to red pandas and gibbons, this short drive down to near Yarmouth is a real family favourite.
