Description
Pitches: 1 yurt, 2 bell tents, 5 tents/campervans
Opening Dates next year: 28/03/2025 to 30/09/2025
Get away from it all at our small, family (and dog!) friendly campsite where the focus is on getting back to nature.
You may choose to pitch your tent amongst wild grasses and flowers in the camping field, or small tents can hideaway in a woodland clearing. There are just 5 pitches for tents or campervans, each cut into the wild grass so you`ve plenty of space to watch the butterflies and enjoy the tranquillity .
This is traditional camping, with no electric hook-ups, no light pollution and no radios - just you, the sound of the birds, the wind in the trees and the crackle of your campfire.
For those wanting a bit more luxury, we have two bell tents complete with bed, floor cushions and a camp kitchen. Dogs are welcome in both but the Orchard Bell tent is fully enclosed in our apple orchard so your furry friends can roam free!
Our traditional Mongolian yurt is the next step up with everything you need for a Welsh adventure. Tucked away in a secluded spot, it has a kitchenette, dining table and chairs, sofa, plus its own toilet. You still get to enjoy the great outdoors with a campfire and star gazing but with a comfy bed and a cosy log burner to keep you warm at night!
We respect nature and do our best to try to work in harmony with it - our toilets are compost toilets which we use to feed the trees and all lighting is powered by the sun. We recycle as much as we can and encourage all our visitors to do the same.

Nearby Attractions
Ffynnonwen is located just a couple of miles from Cardigan Bay`s beautiful sandy beaches for countless adventures, wonderful walking on the Coast Path, dolphin spotting and the compulsory fish and chips!
For a day at the seaside, Llangrannog is the closest (just three miles away) with a sandy beach to laze on. The beaches at Cwm Tydu, New Quay, Penbryn and Aberporth are also just a short drive away.
If you`re here to see dolphins, Cardigan Bay is your best bet with boat trips running from New Quay (you may even spot a seal or two as well). Watersports enthusiasts can hire paddleboards, kayaks and more from Cardigan Bay Watersports in the town too.

Llangrannog (village and sandy beach, cafe`s and pubs): 10 minutes drive
Cwmtydu (pebble beach): 10 minutes drive
Penbryn (a National Trust beach): 15 minutes drive
