This Five Star Visit England, David Bellamy Gold & AA 5 Pennant Park nestles on the slopes of ancient woodland with exclusive lake frontage and views for almost a mile along the shore of Lake Windermere.
This idyllic holiday location is perfectly located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site Lake District National Park.
The Park has extensive facilities on site including five private jetties for boat launching, licensed shop and wildlife/dog walks.
There is a bus stop at the site entrance and a daily ferry connection during the peak season to Lakeside Pier for ongoing connections to Bowness and Ambleside ( subject to change)
The Park has excellent facilities for seasonal touring caravans only. Seasonal pitches give you an opportunity to experience the park all season and many of our tourers become holiday home owners because they love the lifestyle as much as we do. Our dedicated seasonal touring area has top-notch facilities for seasonal touring caravans and awnings. You`ll find an accessible toilet and shower block, washing up and laundry areas, and a recycling point. All seasonal touring pitches are hard standing and feature an electric hook-up and water, and some have grey waste drainage.
Seasonal touring pitches range from 6m to 8m.
In addition, there are Lakeside Glamping Pods and Holiday Apartments/Lodges for hire, all with lake views.
Some of the self catering accommodation accepts pets and is available for 3/4 night short breaks.
The Park also offers exclusive holiday home pitch locations, some with lake views and use of excellent site facilities for all private holiday caravan and lodge owners.

Exit junction 36 on the M6, head west on the A590 towards Barrow and Newby Bridge. Follow the A590 until you reach a roundabout signposted Bowness, turn right onto the A592 and we are approximately three miles on the left hand side, turn left and through the barrier, then follow the road down past the farmhouse until you reach reception.
