Rushcroft Farm and Cottages are conveniently located in the village of Sway. We are within walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and train station.
We are a small, quiet, family farm set in a beautiful natural environment. Deer, badger and fox are regular visitors to the farm and you will see and hear many species of birds including hawk, owl, buzzard, red kite and the occasional white tail eagle.
We only let a maximum of 7 pitches pitches per day on the entire farm so you are coming to a very tranquil camping experience. We invite guests who enjoy a natural camping style.
Our peaceful, spacious Meadow Field is a perfect place to pitch relax whilst you enjoy exploring the New Forest area. We have 4 hardstanding pitches in this meadow with electric hook up that take motorhomes up to 7.5 meters and caravans.
In the Paddock Field, we have hardstanding pitches and electric hook up available for Caravans, Motorhomes and Camper vans. There is also a large grass pitch with electric hookup in The Paddock
We shower/toilet, washup and waste disposal facilities on the farm
We have a chemical and grey water disposal point on site along with drinking water
The farm is gently sloping which prevents waterlogging.
Also a short walk, ride or cycle to the open forest with its miles of beautiful unspoilt tracks to explore.
The station with good connections to London is also within walking distance for those who want to leave the car behind and discover the local villages of Brockenhurst, Lymington or the larger towns of Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth.
Beautiful beaches at Highcliffe, Mudeford and stunning cliff top walks at Barton on Sea with views across to The Isle Of Wight are only a short drive away.
We offer DIY livery facilities if you would like to bring your own horse .
For those who want a little more luxury we have one bedroom and two bedroom cottages available on the farm for rent (details as so on our web site).

Owner Directions
From Lyndhurst follow signs to Brockenhurst - From Brockenhurst follow signs to Sway and railway station. Once in village take the Station Approach turning opposite The Post Office. Follow lane past station, keep to the left, go under the railway bridge, at end of the lane arrive at Rushcroft Farm Cottages and Camp Site.
