Description

Established for over 30 years, Hall Barton Organic Farm campsite is a small quiet site in the quaint village of Pelynt, situated within our working organic farm.
We`re just approx 3 miles from the famous fishing ports of Looe and Polperro, with the local bus service pick up and drop off point at the end of our drive, which is less than a 5 minute walk.
The Jubilee Inn is our local pub, serving good food, and a great selection of local ales and wines.
There are two very well stocked convenience stores within a 5 minute walk, one which has a local butchers in store, and there`s also a local post office.
We are only a small site with 5 electric hook ups so booking is advisable, otherwise it`s first come first served. The electric supply to the hook ups is 16 Amp minimum.
All shower blocks and toilets are cleaned daily, and replenished when required.
We have a two cubicle hot water shower and toilet facilities, both with hand basin, mirror, hand wash, disinfectant etc, and a washing up area, with hot water. The elsan empty point is situated at the top corner of the field, just a short walk away from the pitches.
Don`t have a motorhome, caravan, campervan and don`t want to sleep in a tent? No problem! Read on.....
We also have a lovely Shepherds Hut, and a "Pig Pod" situated in their own area on the campsite. All accommodation have a double bed, the hut has a fully functional kitchen, combi oven, table and chairs, fridge and freezer. The Pig Pod has a fridge with small freezer compartment, table and chairs. Tea/Coffee/Sugar are all provided. Please get in touch if you would like any further information.

Nearby Attractions
All parts of Cornwall can be reached by car in approx 1.5 hours from Pelynt.
Also Pelynt is a great base for walking or cycling, from Pelynt there are walks to Polperro and Looe along the coast path and the convenience of the bus back! Not to mention the lovely Talland Bay where there are two quaint beaches and cafes.
The local bus picks up from the end of our driveway, taking you to Looe, Polperro, and from there, there`s local train services that can take you across Cornwall!
The Devon border across the Tamar Bridge is just approx. half an hour drive.

Postcode PL13 2LG, we are conveniently right in the middle of the village of Pelynt, right opposite the Pelynt Stores. Turn up the driveway next to the corner shop called "The Hive", and the site is at the top of the driveway on your right.
