Located just one mile away from Delamere Forest in the heart of rural Cheshire we offer a Family run, truly unique Glamping experience at our lakeside site. Walking distance to a great local pub & train sytation connecting the village to Chester & Manchester
We offer traditional canvas Luxury 5 metre Bell Tents, each nestled within its own private area near to one of our well stocked lakes. We have introduced a Stargazer tent with a transparent roof meaning you can really make the most of the dark sky and do some serious star gazing.
All our Deluxe 5 metre Bell tents have built in ground sheets and are carpeted with recycled cotton Chindi rugs ethically sourced from India.
We love a good nights sleep so insist on superior award winning mattresses and high quality 12 tog feather & down duvet for extra snuggly nights all made up and ready for your stay. There will be plenty of eco friendly fairy lights and solar lamps to create an ambient relaxing atmosphere during the evening.
Please remember to bring a torch for late night visits to the bathroom.
Just a short walk from your Bell Tent you will find toilets and a hot shower. Alternatively you can use the toilets by the lake which may be closer to your bell tent. The toilets and showers are kept really clean and a new shower booking system has been introduced since covid.
The facilities are inspected and maintained throughout your stay, we are a small site with only 9 other couples so we request that you please respect your fellow guests and keep the facilities clean and tidy.
Nearby Attractions
We are a 5 mins walk from Mouldsworth train station which sits between Chester and Cuddington on the Chester to Manchester Line, (station collection can be arranged if required. trains run every hour to the Historic City of Chester which is approximately a 10 minute journey.
Cheshires got the lot for cycling holidaymakers - flat routes for eating up the miles, exhilarating hills for the energetic, tarmac, tracks and tow-paths, quiet lanes and bustling market towns, and a calendars-worth of scenery, from woods and pasture to miles of moor.
