Description

This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.

This is an adults only site

Pitches: 5 CAMC Members Only

NEW FOR 2016 WE HAVE 5 HARD STANDINGS SO CAN OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND.

We currently charge £20 per night inclusive.
This small level site is situated 1 mile from Hartington and about 200m from The Tissington Trail which is great for cycling or walking. There are walks from the field gate in all direction and fabulous views. The site has electrics, water and toilet disposal facilities as well as recycling facilities. The site is well drained and easy to access. There are pubs and restaurants within a mile.

For Bank Holidays we can only accept 2 night bookings unfortunately from the Friday. Thanks.

The Blue John Mines 21 miles
Tissington Trail 0.2 miles, bikes can be kept securely indoors.
Hartington—1 mile for great pubs, groceries and cheese shop.
Biggin Hall, Charles Cotton Hotel and the Devonshire Arms — all 1 mile away for great food and real ales.
Dove Dale—8 miles.
Of course the main attraction is the fabulous countryside for long or short walks over hills or through deep limestone gorges.

Owner Directions

A515 from Buxton. Turn right taking B5054 towards Hartington. Take immediate left, (unmarked).

A515 from Ashbourne & Newhaven. Turn left taking B5054 towards Hartington. Take immediate left signposted to Heathcote.
Follow this lane until you come to a T-Junction with the Heathcote sign facing you.

Turn right at Heathcote sign. (If coming from Hartington please turn left just after the post box on your left hand side.)
You will immediately go past a farm yard on left and then past a metal gate on left. The entrance to Whitehouse Farm Caravan Site is on the right opposite the main farm gate.
