This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.

Welcome to Brooklands. Ideally located on the Yorkshire coast between Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby and Malton discover here a haven of peace for the perfect holiday.
For fishing, caravans or just a base for exploring North Yorkshire you will find what you want at this small family-run site.
Our small caravan park is a CL site and approved by the Caravan Club of Great Britain for use by its members. The site is located on the Old Orchard and offers generous space for each pitch with awnings alongside your caravan.
Each pitch includes electric hook-up (16 amp) and toilet facilities, fresh water, waste disposal and battery charging are provided for all guests.
We welcome well-behaved dogs but these must be closely supervised on site. For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests Brooklands is an adults-only site; all visitors must be 16 or over.
Tarriff:
£18.00 per night. This includes water, electric and awning.
Fishing is available at £8 per day.

From the A170:
When arriving in Brompton, turn into the village and follow the road through to the parkland area and keep the farm on your left. Follow this road out of the village, past the cricket pitch (on left) 1.5 miles. Ignor sat nav which will take you to a farm before ours.
Carry on to the river Derwent, where the road goes over it. Brooklands is on the left and is signed with a large 8ft high white sign with green writing. This is the entrance you need.
From the A64:
At the cross roads, drive through Sherburn over the speed bumps. Follow this road for 1.5 miles, over the railway track. We are almost a mile past this. Take the second entrance which is signed with a large 8ft high white sign with green writing on the left. This is the entrance you need.
