Wharfe Camp - Adults Only - Quiet Site, situated on the edge of Kettlewell village with spectacular scenery all around, in the Yorkshire Dales.
On offer are 2 x Glamping Pods, 5 x tent only pitches, and 1 campervan pitch suitable for small campervans.
Each pitch has an optional electric hook up. Being only a few pitches, this makes Wharfe Camp a peaceful place to stay. This is achieved by it being an adults only quiet site, with no groups permitted.
We only allow a booking for one pitch, and insist that people are not booking separate pitches, in order to come and stay and form a group on site. This has been a great success enabling your stay as peaceful as possible.
Each tent pitch is divided by a small hedge, and is 10m x 10m in size to allow for your car to be parked next to the tent. (weather permitting). The tent pitch price for one night includes up to two adults, up to two tents and one car.
The campervan pitch is 10m x 7m, and only suitable for small campervans. (sorry no motorhomes) The campervan pitch for one night includes the campervan, and up to two adults.
Our barn has been extended to include new toilets, a hot shower in a wetroom and washing-up facilities. Recycling is encouraged.
In the village, which is a five walk away, you`ll find places pubs, a well stocked village shop, a deli and an ice cream shop.
Wharfe Camp Glamping Pods:
Wharfe Camp Glamping Pods are of a high standard, comfortable, clean and unique, providing luxury outdoor living for up to 2 adults, and are especially for those who do not enjoy bringing all their equipment with them. They create a beautiful way to experience the Yorkshire Dales countryside.
The pods have a heater, double bed, linen and towels, TV, fridge, toaster, smoke alarm, usb charging, double induction hob and utensils for making basic food and drinks. Tea, Coffee, milk and sugar are also provided for your arrival. In front of the pod there is also decking area with table and chairs.
The Pods are situated in a separate area to the tent pitches, with parking available alongside them. (subject to ground conditions). Parking is also available in the campsite car park close by.
Nearby Attractions
The beautiful village of Kettlewell, is set in a steep, narrow part of the dale, where the old coach road over Park Rash Pass, from Middleham and Coverdale, joins Wharfedale.
The village is only a 5 minute walk from the campsite, where you`ll find 3 pubs with restaurants, a deli, bistro, a well stocked shop, garage and launderette.
Wharfe Camp is in the beautiful Wharfe Valley, near to the river Wharfe, with spectacular scenery all around. It is the perfect place for a relaxing break, where one can enjoy the stunning scenery, or for the more adventurous among you, explore the area by walking or cycling around the dales.
Wharfe Camp Kettlewell, being central to the area, provides the opportunity for visiting all of the other dales and many local attractions.

Kettlewell is 25 miles from the M65 at Colne. Take the A65 to the A59 then on to Skipton. Then take the B6265 leading into B6160 towards Kettlewell.
Kettlewell is 40 miles from the M1 at Leeds. Take the A660 to Skipton. Then take the B6265 leading into the B6160 towards Kettlewell.
Kettlewell is 35 miles from the A1 Scotch Corner. Take the A6108 to Ricmond and then Leyburn. Then follow the A684 to Westburton. Then follow the B6160 to Kettlewell.
