The Cross Keys has had a campsite for a number of years. We are a small family pub in the centre of the village with a few acres behind it. We offer food and drink when the pub is open and you could also have access to the toilets when it is open. If by prior notice we would happily open the toilet up in the morning if required.
We have gated entrances to both the pub car park and the field where campers stay mainly for security purposes.
The village in which we are situated in is surrounded by some fantastic walks, Greensands Ridge, Bunyans Trail, Barton Hills and Sharpenhoe Clappers
We have for a number of years stored equipment for our marquee company, some vehicles, trailers and containers but it does not effect the camping field.
There is several hook up points for the caravans and water is near by.
The campsite is a grass field but we do have some limited hard standing should the weather be poor and the ground be wet for motor homes and caravans.
