Description
Pitches: 15
Opening Dates next year: 01/04/2025 to 31/10/2025
We are a family run farm, with a 2.5 acre level camping field in an idylic location, with very easy access, but very rural with spectacular views of the Mendip Hills AONB.
There are footpaths by the farm leading to Crook Peak, Wavering Down and also to Cheddar reservoir and onto the StrawberryLine and MendipWay footpaths/cycleways.
There is a lot of wildlife to see around the campsite, with regular sightings of deer, badgers, foxes, rabbits, otters and ornithologists will have many wild species, including some rare raptors to spot.
Within a five minute walk are 3 good pubs, a BP garage (with LPG vehicle fuel point) and a shop for groceries, LPG, calor gas.
Our campsite has a separate toilet block with ladies x 2 cubicles and gents x 2 cubicles and separate hot showers on site.
10 electric hook up points. Hardstanding.
We are happy for you to have camp fires (firewood, logs and firebaskets and even marshmallows are available on site) and BBQs, raised at least a foot off the ground.
Well behaved dogs welcome. Please respect other guests and keep your dog by your side at all times, it is expected that owners clean up after their dog.
This site operates a no noise policy between 10pm & 7am. No vehicle movements between 10pm and 7am. Sorry no groups, except small family groups by prior arrangement only. Day guests and additional vehicles chargeable.
Please contact Alison on 07484113033 or Rick on 07484112985
