Trevalgan Touring Park is an award-winning, luxury, five-star, family camping and touring park with stunning coastal and countryside views, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just two miles from St Ives.
The Park, which is owned and run by Neil and Annette Osborne, is surrounded by open farmland, with gorse and heather covered hills behind, and is within walking distance of the rugged and beautiful South West Coast Path.
We love where we live, put sustainability at the forefront of all we do, and look forward to sharing this beautiful place, that we call home, with you.
We cater for families and couples only and do not accept group bookings.
Arrivals/departures on any day, no minimum booking. Bookings advised for Bank holidays and peak season.
Our luxury, five star facilities includes underfloor heated showers and toilets, shop selling local produce and fresh bread/pastries.
Multi serviced pitches:
Hardstanding and grass, including 16amp electric hook-up point, fresh water tap, grey water drainage point. All hard-standing pitches benefit from hedges to three sides for privacy and shelter.
Non serviced pitches:
Grass pitch without any facilities. Some pitches benefit from hedges to three sides for privacy and shelter and some are more open and divided by lines in the grass. These pitches are suitable for all unit types.
Luxury washrooms:
The toilets and showers benefit from underfloor heating, hairdryers, points for your own hairdryers/straighteners/razors/toothbrushes and fabulous mirrored vanity areas. The unisex/family rooms allow you to adjust the temperature and water pressure for children, and little ones (under five) might prefer to wash their sandy toes in one of the two half-size baths, which come complete with shower hoses for rinsing away the bubbles. A fully equipped ‘accessible disabled shower room is also available.
To keep the little ones amused:
As parents of two children, we have planned the outdoor childrens play area with lots of fun (and safety) in mind. The fantastic bespoke pirate ship is a great place to test childrens climbing, swinging and balancing skills as they join in with a game of pirates and set sail on the high seas! The large net climbing pyramid with connecting bridge to a bird`s nest tower, `inclusive` bird`s nest swing and Viking swing further provides endless options and fun and the tractor and trailer slide is sure to keep our youngest guests entertained.
The sports area is the perfect spot for ball games and kite flying, and older children might enjoy a friendly game of table tennis, pool or table football in the Games Room.
Dogs:
A fully enclosed grassed area on-site for your four-legged friends to enjoy some off-lead time (supervision required at all times). Numerous dog tethers available outside the showers/toilets and reception/shop. Warm dog shower for muddy or sandy paws
For your convenience:
Guests will find a well stocked shop on site with an emphasis on providing a great range of delicious, award-winning, local produce as well as more basic groceries and camping supplies. Fresh baguettes and pastries are baked to order each morning and guests can also enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee, tea or a delicious hot chocolate. (Please note that we do not stock any alcohol/tobacco products or newspapers.)
Bus service:
The direct, regular bus service, which departs from the campsite entrance, makes getting in and out of St Ives hassle free and has plenty of room for wheelchairs, pushchairs, dogs and surfboards!
The Park also benefits from:
A fully equipped laundry room Indoor dishwashing sinks Wetsuit wash WiFi Freezers for ice-packs (sorry, no food) Motor home service area with a large drive over-drain and hoses to refill water tanks Chemical toilet disposal Charity book exchange
