It`s exceptional location, just 3 miles from Market Harborough town, you can walk or cycle in less than 45 minutes on the Brampton Valley Way, or hop the x7 bus from Great Oxendon Village.
Waterloo Farm Leisure consists of 4 separate touring areas to choose from.
Family Site: 7 large fully serviced hard standing pitches, all with electric hookup, water and drainage on pitch. Toilets, Shower room, and Laundry room adjacent with an outside washing up area on the side. Elsan point & motorhome drain. £36 per night (based on 2 adults and 2 children) (£22 per night November - March)
Wellington View: 24 fully serviced hard standing pitches, overlooking our Wellington Lakeside. Each pitch has electric hookup, water and grey drainage, with the Elsan point near the toilet & shower block. Each pitch is large enough to accommodate a caravan, awning and vehicle without use of the dividing grass. £31.50 per night (based on 2 adults sharing) (£21.50 per night November - March)
Wellington Lakeside Pitches: 15 super long, luxury, hard standing pitches, placed right at the water`s edge. Perfect for fishing breaks, all of these fantastic pitches allow for caravan/motorhomes to pull up to the pitch without having to disconnect the tow. We recommend 15 meters of waste pipe, or at least some spare. The fishing pegs are at the edge of the pitch and allow you to almost fish from inside your awning. £40.00 per night, includes fishing for 2 (based on 2 adults) (£27.50 per night November - March)
Waterloo View Pitches: 3 exclusive motorhome oriented pitches, overlooking Waterloo lake. They are narrower than other pitches meaning they can only be booked for motorhomes when booking online, or if you have a motor mover on your caravan you`re welcome to stay there too. Fishing is not included in the pitch price, but you get a discounted ticket when staying with us. Each pitch is hard standing & fully serviced. £36 per night, (based on 2 adults sharing) (£22 per night November - March)
Both Wellington View and Lakeside Pitches are Adults Only, Waterloo View is suitable for 12 years and above.
Waterloo Tearoom is open 7 days a week and continues to offer exceptional home cooking, using locally sourced ingredients and made fresh each day! Waterloo Licensed Bar is open every day, with special Friday night Bar nights starting this winter to keep you warm on the long cold evenings. You can treat yourself to a delicious Sunday Lunch too, just ask for details in the Tearoom.

Leave at J19 from the M1 to join the A14, then take J2 on the A14, turn left and travel approx 10 mins on the A508 towards Market Harborough.
We are on the right hand side as your travel, just outside of the small village of Great Oxendon.
Coming from Market Harborough on the A508, drive out of market Harborough towards Northampton, pass MH Golf Club on your right as you go up the hill, start looking to your left as you will see Waterloo in the dip of the hill, before the next village of Great Oxendon.
You will drive down a long driveway, between farmers fields and see our Dutch Barn Tearoom on the right- reception is inside.
