John and Karen would like to welcome you to Wern Farm Caravan Park situated in the beautiful Welsh countryside of the Conwy Valley, Conwy. With 24 hardstanding pitches and onsite facilities, Wern Farm is an ideal location for your caravan holiday.
A small, quiet park. Wern Farm is surrounded by farmland and rolling countryside with breath taking views.Set at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, and less than 10 mins drive to the popular walled town of Conwy, this is an ideal touring caravan site from which to explore Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales .... or simply to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Owner Directions
From the A55, take either junction 17 (from west) or 18 (from east) into Conwy At the mini roundabout besides the castle, take the B5106 Llanrwst Road and continue along this for approximately 4 miles, pass through the small hamlet of Hen Efail, follow the road approaching down towards the sharp right-hand bend and Wern Farm will be on the left just before the Tyn Y Groes village sign.
