Ty Mawr Camping and Caravanning Site is an idyllically peaceful, quiet, hide away site. It is ideal for walking, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the calm. The site is located within walking distance of several popular walks, including the short walk around Colemere or longer walks along the canalways.
The site is located on the Llangollen canal, so you can relax in your tent or caravan as you watch the canal world pass slowly by.

From Ellesmere, take left fork signpost Whitchurch A495 into Welshampton then turn right signpost Wem B5063. After canal, turn right signpost Lyneal & Fernwood Cvn Pk. After Fernwood turn right (approx 0.5m) in village. Continue straight on. After red brick houses on left, site is on right hand side.
