This is a Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site, which accept caravans or motorhomes and usually tents. This is a club member only site - you can usually join on site

The Old Sun is situated on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, in the rural tranquil setting of the Waveney Valley on the edge of the Norfolk Broads.
Allowing only 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 5 tents we ensure that our 2 acre site will always provide you with plenty of space. We offer 5 electric hook ups, onsite shower and toilet and Chemical disposal point.
If you are looking for a restful and relaxing escape in the countryside look no further.
We are in the perfect location to explore the delights of Norfolk and Suffolk being less than 30 minutes from Norwich, the Broads and the coast.
Bring your motorhome, caravan or tent, or if camping is not your thing you could stay in our Quirky Hideaway, a self contained fully furnished annex through Airbnb.
Come and stay in the beautiful Norfolk countryside where we look forward to you joining us in our very own peaceful haven.

The Old Sun Campsite is perfectly located for those who wish to get out and about whilst staying in Norfolk.
Nearby is the historic market town of Bungay with its 17th century Buttercross standing proudly in the market place and hosts a number of interesting shops, cafes, historic castle ruins, the Fisher Theatre and a local swimming pool.
Slightly further is the larger town of Beccles. Situated inland on the River Waveney, Beccles sits at the southern point of the Suffolk & Norfolk Broads. Beccles offers a wealth of diversity, combining history with modern-day culture. The town is surrounded by fantastic views of the Southern Broads and set amongst rolling countryside. The town centre provides a blend of independent shops, restaurants and other services that will make a trip to Beccles memorable.
