Our 30 acre holiday Park is situated on the idyllic Suffolk Heritage Coast, on the cliff top, with direct beach access. The holiday park is surrounded by the most beautiful heathland, woodland and of course the beach.
You can come camping, bring your tourer or camper van, come on a self catering holiday or own a holiday lodge or static caravan less than two miles from the RSPB Minsmere nature reserve and close to the wonderful seaside towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh
Cliff House Holiday Park has won many awards over the years, including East of England Park of the year in the National Tourism and many times runners up in the Norfolk & Suffolk Tourism Awards, being voted in the top three holiday parks located in East Anglia. We are also proud to have held The David Belamy Gold award for conservation for many years!
Our bar and restaurant is here to help too with a great selection of local beers from near and far, wines from around the world, a great selection of spirits and lovely freshly cooked food from our menu and specials offering
We have 120 high quality camping and touring caravan pitches available by the night, with seasonal pitches available from March to October. Winter seasonal pitches are also now available please telephone our reception for more information.

Adjacent to the Famous Minsmere Bird reserve our location really does suit those who enjoy Country walks, birdwatching, cycling and not forgetting a pint of the local ale made locally in Southwold - By Adnams.

Owner Directions
Heading north on the A12 from Ipswich. the otherside of Yoxford turn right sign posted Westleton and Dunwich. Drive to the end of the road at Westleton turn left. Drive through village and turn right at the top of the hill signed Dunwich. Drive until you see brown caravan signs turning right this is Minsmere Road we are about 1 mile down here on the left.
