Windy Harbour Farm Caravan Site and our Peak View Shepherd Huts are on a 3 1/2 acre site nestled in the foothills of the Pennines on the edge of the Peak District National Park.
Our Caravan Site boasts 10 Fully Serviced Super Pitches which include Electric Hook-Up, Fresh Water, Grey Water Waste away. Plus 4 Hard-Standing Pitches with Electric Hook-up. There is toilet and shower facilities plus Car Parking and Free Wifi.
Our 4 Shepherd Huts, each sleeping 2 people, are fully equipped with cooking facilities, king size bed, shower room, sofa, TV and Wifi. There is a log burner and thermostat controlled heating, perfect for all year round adventures. Outside each Hut has its own Wood fired Ecco Hot Tub plus decking area.
Our site is Dog Friendly with a large field area for them to be exercised in.
We are within walking distance of Windy Harbour Farm Hotel, with restaurant and well stocked bar. There are ample and varied scenic walks including the Pennine Way, Trans Pennine Trail and the Longdendale Trail all easily accessible.

Nearby Attractions
Many Peak Districk Towns can be reached in around 30 minutes including Buxton, Edale and Castleton. Bakewell, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are about `1 hour away. Hop the train in Glossop and you can be in Manchester City centre in 30 minutes.
The town of Glossop is about 5 minutes away with its wealth of great Restaurants, Bars and Shops.
There are many walks which can be reach from our site with the B29 Bomber Crash site being one of them.
