Description
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only. It also has a separate area for tents, non members welcome.

Hill Farm Certificated Location is in a rural setting, and yet conveniently located for easy access to the A12.
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certified Location and can take up to a maximum of 5 caravans or motorhomes at any one time on the CL site. We also have a council run site on the other side of the hedge, which has another fully serviced grass 4 pitches, and is totally separate from the CL.
We have electric hook-ups and 2 CDP's with a separate toilet, washbasin and shower, and free high speed wi-fi. There is also a new toilet cabin on site, with 2 toilets and 2 washbasins, with a hot water supply for light hand washing.
The coast at Dunwich is just under 5 miles away. It is open all year and adults, children and pets are all welcome. The site is located on a large, south-facing, flat field with 4 hard standings and 1 fairly all-weather grass matting protected pitch, electrical hook-ups and space for awnings. The site is surrounded by mature hedges and is abutted by arable fields and young woodland to the north, although Hill Farm itself is no longer a working farm.
Hill Farm CL site is open all year and set in over 3 acres of rural grounds and young woodland.
There is Wi-Fi available across most of the site. The young woodland behind the CL site is accessible for dog walking.
There are also 3 high quality holiday lets next to the site (each sleeping a maximum of 4 people, with 2 bedrooms) which offer accommodation for friends and relatives visiting without a caravan. The owner lives nearby to deal with any problems and does regular site maintenance.
Please note that advanced booking is recommended and please let us know when you have arrived. Payment is due on arrival. If you have not prebooked, please do not park your unit on site until you have checked availability. Please vacate your pitch by 11:30am on the day of departure. Sorry we cannot currently accept credit cards.
Nearby Attractions
The site is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding coastal areas, especially the beautiful seaside towns of Southwold (9 miles away) and Aldeburgh (14 miles away). The popular village of Westleton is 1.5 miles away, where there is a restaurant, village stores, a garage, an art gallery and 2 pubs, including the well-respected Crown Inn.
There are also many nearby attractions, such as Orford and Framlingham castles, museums, the National Trust Site at Dunwich, the famous RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve and the charming town of Woodbridge, near to the Anglo-Saxon burial ground of Sutton Hoo. There are two local shops within a mile of the site selling local produce and a garage. There are also numerous local pubs, restaurants and cafes. The village of Darsham is a mile from the campsite and has a pub, The Fox Inn, serving good food.

Owner Directions
From Saxmundham, drive along the A12, heading northwards towards Lowestoft for about 6 miles.
Drive through the village of Yoxford and over the level crossing for trains at Darsham station.
Drive past the service station garage on your right and then after about 1 mile, turn right onto Lymballs Lane, just past the black barns on your left. There are 2 white bollards at the entrance of Lymballs Lane.
At the top of the slight hill, drive past Hill Farm barns on your left. Hill Farm is next on the left, and the CL site is in the field on the left.
There is safe access for caravans and motor caravans through a 3.66m (12 foot) width gateway, with a quiet safe approach road that is not part of the A12.
