Description
This is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, which accepts just five caravans or motorhomes and is for Club Members only.
This is an adults only site

Ings Farm CL is an adult only NEW for 2021 Eco-friendly CL site with the Caravan & Motorhome Club. Sited down a tarmac finished lane and ideal for those who want to get away from it all.
CARAVAN AND MOTORHOME CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
Each pitch is fully serviced with outfit hardstanding. The spacious pitches are separated by native hedges.
Facilities include;
Individual water point to each pitch (Fully serviced pitches)
Flushing toilet for campsite users
Hand washing with sensor operated hot water tap
CCTV surveillance on entrance and exit
Field shelter for bird spotting, craft groups, nature watching or general socialising (quiet time = 10pm)
FREE Wifi internet access
Hardstanding outfit pitches with grass either side
WC waste point (Eco-friendly) A supply of Elsan Green waste fluid or pouches included (NO BLUE fluid please)
Grey water waste disposal point
Dogs welcome at no extra charge (up to 3 maximum) - there are some superb off road walks straight out from the site (2/4 miles long) - SEE IMAGE 12 for the start of the off road walk directly out the back of the farmhouse. Please keep dogs on leads at all times on the site.

Minimum Stay = 2 nights (3 nights over all bank holiday weekends)
Open from 28th March to 30th September
Prices start FROM and include 2 adults, awning and all the above facilities;
£25 per caravan or Motorhome per night including 2 adults and up to 3 pets.
Extras;
Extra adults @ £5 pppn (Max 4 adults per unit)
Extra car/vehicle = extra cost (does not apply to motorhome with tow car)

Group bookings welcome of no more than 4 adults per outfit
Electric Hook-ups; Electricity provided as part of your pitch fee is subject to our "Fair Use" policy for internal caravan purposes only. We regret that this does not include the heating of awnings or the charging of electric vehicles (extra cost).
25% deposit required with all bookings.
We can only accept bookings for Caravan & Motorhome Club members. Please provide your membership number when making your enquiry.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are NO shower or washing up facilities on this site. So only suitable for outfits with these facilities onboard.

6m: Donna Nook; a hotspot for plane spotters (RAF firing range), Birdwatchers (Donna Nook National nature reserve) and seal pups can be seen throughout November & December each year.
9m: Louth picturesque market town with a full complement of shops, antique emporiums, restaurants and the beautiful walks of Hubbards Hill

The site can be found down a small lane "Ings Lane" which is a small TARMAC finished lane (signed as a no through road) leading from the East end of Saddleback Road. The lane is sited next to The Grange (on Saddleback Road). If using "what3words" the location is: wisdom.twitching.apple.
