There are two stunning villages that you can enjoy at Breydon Water, meaning youll find plenty to see and do nearby. A day off park can be fun filled with excellent beaches and ancient Roman forts to discover, plus the seaside staple of fish ‘n chips to tuck into.
Having access to the facilities of two parks, just a 10 minute walk apart, means double the fun during your holiday. Splash around the heated outdoor pool with chute at Yare Village and heated indoor pool at Bure Village or let the little ones run wild in the adventure playground- with one at each village theres plenty of space to burn off some of that extra energy. Also, take advantage of the fully equipped gym and bike hire.
Across the two parks, youll find great food and drink options. Choose a tasty drink from the menu at the wonderful Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, grab your favourite drink from Costa Coffee, and in the evening sit back and enjoy the live entertainment.
At Breydon Water there is an outstanding range of accommodation for you to choose from, including brand new caravans and even cosy lodges. Touring caravans are also welcome.

Owner Directions
From Gt. Yarmouth on the A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over two roundabouts. Take the exit signposted Burgh Castle. At the bottom of the slip road, turn right at the lights, signposted Diss and Beccles. Continue on the Beccles Road for 1.5 miles and after 100 meters turn right signposted Burgh Castle and Belton. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Stepshort. Continue along this road and Bure Village is on the right, Yare Village is on the left a further 600 meters along.
