If youre looking for a peaceful hideaway in the North West, touring pitches can provide exactly that, including the one found here at Old Hall. We offer both daily and seasonal touring pitches to hire.
Our touring pitches boast a 5-star certification from Visit England, and approval from the NCC (the National Caravan Council). Our touring pitches are near both the South Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales as well as many other beautiful locations for enjoying a scenic walk or drive.
We are open to short stay tourers from 1st March to 1st December, whereas seasonal tourers are welcome to holiday on site in the open season, from 1st March to 10th January, find out more about seasonal touring pitches here.
Our clean and spacious toilet and shower block is centrally heated and contains all the facilities you may require, such as free showers and hair dryers, disabled/family room, a dish washing area and chemical emptying facilities. Our touring site has many more available amenities, a full list includes:

Set in the peaceful hamlet of Capernway in North Lancashire, the park is conveniently situated near to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales and is 5 minutes from Junction 35 of the M6.
Surrounded by 80 acres of woodland, the site offers the ideal base to explore the region and take advantage of the excellent wildlife that lives in the local habitat, such as deer, foxes, squirrels, rabbits and an abundance of birdlife.
As one of the finest touring sites in Lancashire, we have ensured that our facilities are fully kitted out with a handy laundrette, as well as toilets and shower blocks and a public telephone kiosk. We aim to provide you with all of the necessities you could want for your stay here at Old Hall.
Nearby Attractions
Just a few of the local attractions include, the Lancaster canal, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, Morecambe Bay and the historic city of Lancaster.
You will also be well placed to enjoy the best of Lancashire. The historic city of Lancaster is a short drive away, as is the Forest of Bowland. Our caravan park is also located just a short drive away from the seaside town of Morecambe, where you can stroll down the promenade to catch views of the sunset.

Owner Directions
Exit the M6 at junction 35, taking the link road, signposted Over Kellet. After approximately 200yards you meet a T junction, turn LEFT along the B6254 and travel approximately 1 mile. Be very wary of the sharp blind bends through the village. At the village green turn left, signposted Capernwray, and travel 1.5 miles, Old Hall is on the right, half a mile up the private driveway.
