Pitches available for caravans, tents, and motor homes. Lodges, caravans, villas, and tents for hire and sale, including our stunning Sea Front Hot Tub Lodges.
The resort has something for everyone to enjoy whether you prefer lots of action or a more peaceful break but within walking distance of all the action, with the beach just across the road.
Entertainment is our business! We have a choice of entertainment venues with live music, kids club, indoor & outdoor swimming pools with water slides including a new Baby Toddler pool, on-site fishing, par 69 golf, ten pin bowling, gym including sauna and steam room, cycle hire, arcades, bars and restaurants. In fact we offer more facilities than nearly every other park!
Hiring from £160 for a short break, pitches from £6 per night. Special offers and last minute deals available on our website.
Holiday Resort Unity has spacious grass and hard standing pitches with electric hook up for touring caravans, tents and motor homes, as well as grass pitches with no electricity for those who like to go back to the camping basics!
There are three different fields to choose from across the resort
Yellow Field is close to Brean Leisure Park and the Fishing Lake - its also our largest field.
Green Field is close to the play area, so ideal for families with children.
Brown Field overlooks the open countryside and is approximately 600 yards from reception. This is also the location for the Premier Safari Tents and Eurotents and where you can find family bathrooms.
If you are bringing your motor home, the Coast bus stops right outside our entrance

Holiday Resort Unity is situated on the Somerset coastline the entrance is 100m opposite a large sandy beach.
The delights of Somerset and the Westcountry are within easy reach with a local bus service that runs from the entrance to the Resort.
Attractions include Somerset levels, Glastonbury Abbey, Cheddar gorge and caves, Exmoor national park, Bristol & Bath plus much more.

Owner Directions
Holiday Resort Unity and Brean Leisure Park are near Junction 22 of the M5. Follow the Brown & White Tourist Board Signs, after 4 miles, look out for Holiday Resort Unity on your right. This is the entrance for Tents, Tourers and Motorhomes and those of you have hired a Leisure Caravan or Villa. If you have hired a Lodge or Luxury Caravan, continue past the Resort entrance and take the next turning to the right into Brean Leisure Park.
