Hill Farm Camping and Caravan Site is situated in the heart of the national forest, within two miles of the historic town of Ashby de la Zouch, on a working beef and arable farm.
The cost is £30.00 per night for up to 4 people which also includes EHU. Any additional people are an extra £6 per person per night.
The site is a relaxing rural retreat, with easy access to many local attractions. The farm offers the opportunity to meet rare breed animals, such as pure bred Canadian bison, alpacas, red deer and our shire horses. Hands on involvement is always welcome.
We have two grassed fields and a hard-standing area (loose white gravel) each with electric hook up.
The hard-standing area is suitable for the larger motorhomes and when the weather makes the grass unusable. Awnings can be pitched on the hard standing providing metal pins are used.
The two grassed areas overlook a children`s play area and are close to the farmyard and the animals. A play barn is also on site for our young visitors.
Two heated shower rooms, three WCs and one kitchen/washing up area.
Don`t forget, our coffee shop offers cooked breakfasts and many other hot snacks and other treats.
We have a farm shop stocked with home produced meat, homemade pies, jams, chutneys, homemade cakes and cream teas. BBQ meat packs available.
Home made casseroles can be pre-ordered so you have a hot meal waiting for you on your arrival. Please telephone 01530 411984 for details and to order.
There are over 100 acres of newly planted woodland, forest trails, picnic areas, an outdoor play area and large natural ponds attracting many species of wildlife contributing to the national forest.

Our address is The Rowans, LE65 1WU. Please follow Spring lane until there are farm buildings on both sides of the road, and you are driving through a farm yard. You will signs for the farm shop and cafe here on the left hand side or directions to reception if you are checking in out of hours.
Park on the lane and check in at the farm shop. You can pay by cash or card.
