Nestled in the quiet village of Hollym on the East Yorkshire coast our caravan site and camping pitches makes for a perfect get away. We are a family run site which benefits from us being close by.
We are a Freedom Camping Club Member. You do not have to be a member to stay with us. Everyone is welcome to our site.
Fancy pitching up within strolling distance of not one, but two nature reserves that`s the deal at Garth Farm Caravan and Camping. We are less than 10 minutes drive from Withernsea, a small seaside town and 40 minutes from Hull.
You`ll be surrounded by trees and open fields at this family-run site, right off the beaten track.
Supplies can be picked up in nearby Withernsea, which has a couple of supermarkets, ice cream shops, arcade and is a classic seaside town. Patrington is five-minute drive, where the butcher comes recommended. Then its back to base with your haul for tasty barbecues.
If you`d rather leave the cooking to someone else (you`re on holiday, after all), there are local takeaways who deliver straight to the site entrance.The village has a coffee shop dishing up homemade cakes & sandwiches perfect for lunch and a local pub serving food all day both around 10 minutes walk away.
We can accommodate 5 caravan/motorhomes on hardstandings with water and EHU and 10 tents. All which have EHU and water on the pitch. Tentboxes and trailer tents are welcome too.
Our pitches:
5 Electric hardstanding and grass pitches for caravans, motorhomes, and campervans.
10 electric grass pitches for tents and trailer tents.
All pitches have their own drinking water tap.
During the winter months we have 6 "winter" pitches. These are suitable for all types of units and have a EHU and water tap.
Our facilities:
3 Showers, 2 toilets, hot water washing up sink, fridge and freezer, plenty of drinking water taps.
There are unlevel surfaces and steps to the facilities, we do not recommend our site to disabled guests.
Please note that this is a leisure site only and we do not accept contractors.
Nearby Attractions
The small village of Hollym is located between the seaside town of Withernsea & the village of Patrington on the east Yorkshire coast.
The Coffee Shop @ Crossroads Garden Centre is open 10am-4pm 7 days a week. and is about a 10 minute walk. Serving homemade cakes along with a selection of sandwiches and drinks. Well worth a visit.
The Plough Inn - a 5/10 minute walk away is open everyday and serves food from 12pm.
Withernsea
The seaside town of Withernsea is situated around 2miles away from Hollym. It has a Tesco and Aldi along with a range of other small local shops, arcades, cafes, takeaways and a few restaurants. Withernsea has a good amount of parking and a lovely beach, along with a swimming pool and park.
Patrington
3miles away the village of Patrington is located. The village has a lovely butchers and a couple of nice cafes.
There are 2 nature reserves a short walk down the bridleway straight off the site.
