Callow Top is a family campsite and caravan site situated on the outskirts of Ashbourne in Derbyshire. If you`re looking for a campsite near Alton Towers we`re ideally located just 20 mins drive away.
The popular towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Buxton are within easy reach.
There is direct access to the Tissington Trail cycle path from the site. Our location is the ideal base for a camping or caravan holiday in the Derbyshire & Staffordshire Peak District National Park.
We have many facilities for families including heated swimming pool (open 3rd May - 29th Sept 2024), play area, games field & on site coarse fishing.
Food and drinks are available from the Callow Inn (weekends/peak season only). Arnold`s Games Room has pool and table tennis tables.
Callow Top has been consistently voted into the Top 100 Sites for well over a decade. We are also previous winners of the East Midlands Holiday Park of the Year in the Enjoy England Excellence Awards held by the tourist board.
We`re the perfect campsite or caravan site for your annual family holiday or a weekend break.
Holiday cottages & apartments are also available to rent.
PLEASE NOTE: We don`t have hook-up facilities for tents at Callow Top as all our electric pitches are hardstanding.

Owner Directions
The access to Callow Top is 1/2 mile from Ashbourne off the A515 Buxton road. We are opposite Sandybrook garage. Two large green signs mark the entrance.
