Our multiple award winning caravan park consists of two sites, a Caravan & Motorhome Club CL and a further small 'Touring' site (11 pitches). The CL is a CAMC Members Only site but the Touring site is open to everyone. Please let us know if you are a CAMC member when booking.
Both sites are maintained to the same exceptional standard. Every pitch is fully serviced with its own electricity supply, fresh water system and grey waste connection. No trundling around with water carriers!
We aim to provide the opportunity to relax in peaceful countryside retreat. The park is situated in a quiet lane but is just a five minute walk from the village of Deeping St. James (which provides pubs, local shops, a post office, bakery and leisure centre).
Walking or cycling from the park is a joy. The lovely, three mile round, river bank walk can take you from the site into Market Deeping, which offers supermarkets, restaurants and a wide variety of individual shops. There is also a well known nature reserve within walking distance. The surrounding area and stone built villages are picturesque and the beautiful market town of Stamford is a short distance away.
We offer the facility to STORE & STAY, are also able to offer a CaSSOA Storage Compound (fully separated from the park) which was the first in the UK to be awarded the prestigious Platinum kitemark.
Nearby Attractions
Our location is ideal for visiting Stamford, with its beautiful historic buildings and Friday Market. Close to Stamford you will find Burghley House which boasts 'Proms and Concerts in the Park',(June and July) and Horse Trials (1st weekend Sept). Rutland Water is nearby and offers a wide variety of leisure opportunities.
Peterborough offers varied shopping and a beautiful cathedral. A visit to Spalding opens opportunities to enjoy Ayscoughfee Hall Museum and Gardens, Springfield Gardens and Outlet.
Bourne is nearby, with a very extensive woodland reserve to explore. Grimsthorpe Castle and Belton House both offer a wonderful day out. For those keen to travel a little further our central location offers a multitude of opportunities.

From Stamford follow the A1175 (old A16). At the Market Deeping (Welland Gate) roundabout take 1st exit onto dual carriageway. In 1m at roundabout take 2nd exit onto A1175 (Boston/Spalding). In 2.5m turn R onto B1525 (sp Deeping St. James). In 1.5m at Frognall (immediately after village sign) turn L into Hards Lane (B1166, sp Crowland). In 0.5m continue R into Custom Road. In 0.5m at crossroads turn R on to B1166 (sp Deeping St. James). In 0.5m turn R into Back Lane. Site on R in 350yds; 142:TF164095
