Putting the postcode ST13 7SG into your Sat Nav will bring you straight to our stone gateway. The gentlest route with a caravan is to go via Leek or Ashbourne taking the the B5053 signed Onecote at Bottomhouse. Turn left after 500 yards and go along Blakelow Road. Follow this ridge road and after passing through a set of cross roads in a hollow, Whitelea Farm will be the second farm on the right marked with two large gateposts.
Nearby Attractions
The Peak District Park and the Staffordshire Moorlands have some of the best scenery in England. It is best seen on foot or by cycle. There are several cycle path routes which totally avoid car traffic. If its water sports you want or a days fishing then visit the nearby lakes at Rudyard, Tittesworth or Carsington.
The more energetic can take advantage of the many climbing venues in the area. The closest area being the stunning Roaches. Or for something gentler you can visit the nearby underground caverns at Buxton and Castleton.
Peak Wildlife centre is just down the main road and Alton Towers theme park is around 20 mins away. The farm is home to Sheep, Horses, Chickens, Ducks, Geese and Alpacas along with the many wild birds of the area including Buzzards, Owls, Pheasants, Lapwing and Red Kyte and the occasional Deer.
