Directions
From the A50 take the A515 towards Lichfield.
Ignore all signs to Marchington, until you have left Draycott in the Clay.
At six roads end - signed for Burton to the left, take the right turn to Marchington. (Fourth turning to Marchington since leaving the A50). Continue along this road (Forest Road), bear right at the fingerpost, and down a steep hill through the wood. (Marchington Cliff) The drive is on the left just past the cottage. Please continue over the cattle grid along the drive(singletrack with passing place) The campsite is on the right just before the farm buildings. Your pitch allocation will be sent via email prior to arrival so that you can pull straight on and make yourself at home.

Nearby Attractions
Forestside is only a short drive from many interesting places and attractions, Lichfield, Uttoxeter Racecourse, the Peak District, Ashbourne and the former Royal Hunting forest of Cannock Chase, where one of Britain`s largest herd of Fallow Deer roams free.
Peak Wildlife Park is a little further away, but with an award-winning Zoo, it is well worth the visit. Trentham Gardens, Shugborough Hall, and the home of Wedgewood in the "Potteries" at Stoke on Trent make a great day out, as does Carsington Water in the Peak District.
There are many National Trust properties within easy reach, Sudbury Hall, Kedleston Hall, and Calke Abbey are all splendid places visit. The National Arboretum is also in easy reach, as is Tutbury Castle and the National Adventure Farm.
