M6 at Junc 31 take the A59 exit to Preston/Blackburn/Clitheroe. Keep following A59 towards Clitheroe. At a crossroads with traffic lights, Turn left onto Ribchester Road/B6245. Past Ribchester Arms at the T junction with the Black Bull turn right, the site is on the brow of the hill on the right.
Alternatively M55 junc 1 or M6 junc 32 take A6 signed Preston/Garstang. At Broughton roundabout take 1st exit onto James Towers Way/A6. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto Whittingham Lane/B5269. Turn right onto Dilworth Lane/B5269 . Continue onto Blackburn Road/B6243. Turn right onto Preston Road/B6245. Half a mile after Angels restaurant the site is on the left.
