The site is on a working farm. Check in is from 2pm. We parked the campervan in the tent field (we didn't need EHU) which has a slight slope but no problem finding a suitably level spot.
The facilities were basic and clean. Two toilets with handbasins and there's a shower. Site fees are good value.
The views are stunning.
There's a tearoom nearby and the Cinder Path for walking or cycling. We'll return for sure.

Rustic and enjoyable site.
Very friendly couple with great humour and hospitality.
Perfect once hot shower was installed.
Warning! Do not follow sat Nav, carry on to the windmill and turn right at the church down to farm.

Lovely staying on a working farm (hard working).
Lovely scenery, great shower, elsan point, water, EHU, everything we needed.
The added bonus was the walks & seal watching,
Would definitely recommend.

Very basic farm campsite.
As we were walking the Cleveland way we arrived just before dusk and were greeted by the owner who showed us where the toilets and water taps were.
Plenty of space to pick your own pitch and although there is a slight slope to the field we had no problem finding a flat spot sheltered by a drystone wall.
Very reasonable cost and the facility’s were clean and adequate.

A very easy going basic farm campsite with tremendous views, if you want the loo in the night take a headtorch.
Very close to the Scarborough to Whitby cinder trail route for bikes and walkers.
Peace and quiet in bucket fulls.

Lovely, peaceful site.
Great views to Scarborough and Flamborough Head. Good walks.
Unfortunately, only one tap for use, so people washing out their toilet cassettes, followed by people filling drinking containers.

We loved this site and it was perfect for what we needed.
It’s basically a small grassy field on a farm with EHU.
We had a friendly welcome by the owners.
The view is amazing and location ideal for walking, cycling, running and public transport to coastal towns.
