Lovely basic campsite. Friendly owner. Views breathtaking. Perfect for us prior to the Mull Ferry.
We are booked again for when we come off Mull. Jayne and her dogs are lovely. Very peaceful night.
If you want fancy, please do not go there. If you want basic with basic facilities and great views…this is your place.

Lovely location up into a glen on a single track road but with plenty of passing places.
Perfect for level hard standing with a motorhome.
Great value for money if you are wanting a peaceful pitch with a view. Very helpful owner who helped us get a taxi down to Oban 2. 5 miles away.
The site offers fresh water, grey waste water and chemical toilet disposal as well as an on site flush toilet.
I can't fault this CL type site.

Wonderful countryside place and landscape, extremely friendly and hospitable host, had everything we needed and a nice walk to Oban.
Highly recommended for anyone with a little sense of adventure and a big heart for nature and countryside!

This is a basic, hard standing only site with just a toilet.
The price reflects this and is a good location for Oban centre and the ferry.
Great views.
The owner has a few dogs which are friendly but are sometimes loose.
I wouldn’t say it would be ideal for young children. It’s a basic stay only.
Owner very friendly and gave some tips on where to visit

We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year and the reservoir was running low but Jayne was so welcoming.
She found us a shady spot and made sure we had enough water, even driving into town to get some bottles!
The dogs were friendly and our boys loved playing with them on the field.
A wonderful, remote, basic site, away from it all. We loved it.

Very friendly owner. Very nice stay and also very quiet. We will come back another time.
You can come with a tent, but it, s more a motorhomes and campervan place.
Only hardstanding pitches, free to choose. Perfect.
Very small roads to the campsite.

Loved the friendly welcome as we returned for our second visit. Beautiful scenery and so peaceful. Beautiful horses.
Dogs are friendly, well behaved and no problem whatsoever with our cat ( Oscar enjoyed the safety of his outside time )
This is our ideal location for a quiet nights sleep but within 5 minutes drive to Oban.
We can honestly say there is nothing to dislike on this site with toilet facility and fresh water available.
Hoping to make this a regular stopping point in future.
The price is also a bonus.

Great location and amazing views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glen Sonas campsite.
The lady was friendly, helpful and gave us fantastic suggestions of what to see in the area.
Oban is picturesque and buzzing with plenty of things to do and see. Also a great place to stay and admire the beautiful dark sky.
Out of all the campsites we stayed, on our tour up the West coast of Scotland, this was our favourite! a perfect mix of rustic and charming.
