 Loved this site.

Owner great guy and also his right hand man very helpful too !

Felt very relaxed and we so enjoyed it we have booked again.

Very clean and central to be able to visit Blackpool or Lytham St Annes.

In fact we caught the bus which is a 20 minute walk down the road to a lovely pub and bus stop!

Just come back from this camping park and I must say I was very impressed after I read a lot of negative reviews.

Clean toilet and shower, 50p for shower which is on a timer for 3 minutes, £1 is 6 minutes which is perfect for a decent shower, water at a good temperature.

They also have a fridge /freezer which you can also use, kettle /microwave/ toastie maker available free of charge. Washing machine is £4 and dryer is £2 for 30 minutes. Bins near kitchen so very clean.

Also quiet as its a adults only site.

George was a lovely man and helpful.

I would definitely be going back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice friendly site. Adults only. Dogs welcome.

Amenities include kitchen with microwave, washer, dryer and selection of books to swap. Ladies, Gents and a mixed toilet. Also a shower.

Short bus ride to Blackpool. Nice pub up the road. Seems a nice chap that runs the place, easy to book by phone, cash accepted on arrival.

Nice little site very clean toilets just old. Pitches varying some have plenty room some not as much.

We hadn’t realised that some people were actually residents in some of the touring caravans and had a problem with us being on holiday and they were going to work the next day and complaining that we had loud laughter after 11pm. We were in bed by 12. 30 so I will let you make of that what think.

We are in our 50s not young teenagers.

I would not stay here again as I do like to enjoy myself on holiday and be able to laugh.

The campsite itself was spot on as was the nice chap who owns it and the ablutions/ toilets were very clean & smelt divine.

The only issue we had was with some fool in the campervan opposite who blatantly ignored the signs to say that all dogs must be on a leash which resulted in his staffy divebombing our tent & ripping a huge hole in the side of it.

Very disappointed in the state of the toilet block it was filthy and looked for the week like it had never been cleaned for months I find this inexcusable as it may be old but should be clean. Free wifi, the grass around the pitches was long and was not looked after. Would not return to this site.

A nice well laid-out site as others have said, with adequate clean but dated facilities, with ample hot water. The owner as well as the people on site were friendly, as you often find on smaller sites.

Well placed for easy cycling to Lytham & St Annes, as well as into Blackpool but a bit far to walk anywhere.

However for a site some 3 miles from the front, I feel the tariff was a bit steep, especially as you have to pay for showers on top.

This is a nice camp-site, though it is a bit out of the way but there is a bus stop very near which will take you right into Blackpool. Very quite and peaceful here and you can hear the cock early in the morning, you can buy free range eggs at the house.

There are about twenty pitches but only one shower and one toilet for men and the same for women, with an old fashioned wooden towel rail and a pink towel in each. The grey waste water dump is almost impossible to park next to in a camper There are signs on all electric sockets that say only 1KW electric fires and Electric kettles can not be used, that's only 4. 5 amps not enough today. You will think you are in a 1960's site. Taking all this into consideration and the price £20, it is definitely over rated.

Just back from a five night stay at this site and wow! what a fantastic site. The toilet block is a bit dated but very clean and tidy as is everything else there is a laundry room with washing and drying facilities the dryer is a bit expensive as it cost my wife £6 to try and dry the clothes that took an hour and where still wet but all in all a good site George the owner keeps the site very clean and tidy and in tip top condition. Only mins from the blackpool sites. Great to as it is a adult only site and at only £18 a night great value for money It was our first time there but will NOT be our last.

This Caravan and Camping site is a small place and adults only. Very peaceful day or night, well kept grass around the hardstanding. The owner was very helpful, even reversed the caravan back for me (whilst I was still sat in the drivers seat)

The toilet block takes 50p for 5 mins, with piped radio into the toilet block, which consists of 1 shower and 1 toilet in the ladies. The shower and toilet are a bit dated, but still clean and well looked after.

There is a bus stop across the road about 500 yards from the camp, the buses run every hour, but they finish a 7. 20 from blackpool back to the camp, which is a bit expensive to get back if you want a late night, it cost £12 from the centre and £8 from the pleasure beach end and the black cab drivers or the bus drivers were not the friendliest I've ever met.

It does state not to use a household kettle or you may over load, so beware. But after saying all this we will be returning to the Chippendales.
