I like the amount of space this campsite has which allows everyone to be able to just play!
I like that there is no ‘play area’ for kids as it means they have to just be kids and also parents get more involved with them.
I like the central area with a football goal/rugby post for any spontaneous kick about for all.
I liked the family shower room, allowing me to help the grandkids.
I really loved the ice cream prices(silly thing I know) I sent my granddaughter over with £15 for 4 ice creams and she came back with £7 change 🥳
I liked the washing up room which had constant hot water.
There wasn’t anything to not like and even the weather was very much liked.

Excellent site with exceptionally clean toilets and shower block.
All pitches have a view of the large field and Malvern Hills in the distance.
Ruth is very welcoming being genuinely interested in you and for you to enjoy your stay, she takes the time to chat to everyone.
Small shop in reception at the back of the toilet/ shower/ dishwashing/ laundry block also has a cafe where you can order your breakfasts the evening before.
There is a gender neutral shower/toilet too. Waste, fresh water and recycling is well maintained.
Nice to be welcomed to come back, she has a lot of returning customers.
Local pub within a short walk.

Arrived at the campsite with a board displaying our pitch number clearly indicated.
A quick tour of the facilities we were able to get WiFi codes and call Ruth to let her know we arrived.
Toilet block is very clean and modern with a good hair dryer, female toilets and gender neutral all had complimentary female sanitary products.
Pitches are located around the outer edge of a large field giving lots of space for children and adults to play and fly kites.
There is a small cafe on site which we didn't use but prices looked fair.
There are fire pits dotted around the site if you want an open fire in the evening.

A lovely campsite, well situated for Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester and many other places nearby.
The site is flat and very spacious, with some EHU points available and a large games area in the middle. Lots of families playing football, cricket and frisbee.
You can hear a little road noise if the wind is in the right direction but the site offers a beautiful sunset and views of the Malvern hills.
A lovely welcome by the owner who was often seen around the campsite. We didn't use the cafe but we were able to get some milk when we were running low. Fires are allowed and there are a number of fire pits dotted around.
The new facilities block was always clean, although the shower head is quite high up and it makes the shower quite lively- you had to keep everything off the floor and in a bag, even in the larger sized ones.
The loos were always stocked with toilet roll, and hygiene baskets, so carefully thought out.
There are 2 freezers, a fridge and a washing machine which are so useful for campers. And an electric car charging point is available too!

Lovely, clean and modern facilities. Run by a friendly family who have clearly given consideration to the campers and their potential needs.
Very thoughtfully planned, and this is coming from someone who camps very little but with a group of friends who camp regularly.
I felt compelled to leave this review because I was so impressed with the entire set up. Thank you Elmwicke!
Edited to add that we did not have children with us so can't accurately comment on child friendliness, but have full confidence that this, too, would score an easy 10/10!

The campsite was level and spacious and easy to find. We could pitch anywhere which was nice.
The owners popped around on a tractor offering children rides and selling firewood and bbq packs if required
The grounds are very well looked after and the new shower blocks, toilets and washing facilities were great

This a wonderful site for families and friends camping together. The field is large and level, so plenty of space for groups and for dog walking, field games. We stayed alongside 4 tents belonging to family members and it was so nice to be able to gather together around a campfire in the evening.
The new facility block is excellent. Very well set out and with added touches such as plants and toiletry/hygiene baskets in the ladies. There is also a laundry and washing up area with fridge freezer available. We didn’t use these but some of our family did.
It was really nice that in the evening, the tractor and trailer delivered the evenings logs/meat orders, and then came round again to collect children for tractor ride and visit the animals. Ruth was so lovely with the children; introducing them to each other and making sure that they all had a fantastic time. It was very much appreciated.
There is an excellent pub, The Gloucester Old Spot, that you can walk to, but it is along quite a fast road and so not a good walk for youngsters.
A lovely site, and I’m sure we will visit again.
