This is an excellent site very clean and well looked after, the toilet and shower were spotless and cleaned daily,
There is a little road noise but not enough to bother us other camp users were very friendly as well,
Well done Andre & Judith lovely site
Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

A very friendly quiet and tranquil site with good facilities.
The site is ideally placed to visit the coast and also walk in a mile to Beccles.
Also very dog friendly.

Excellent cl site if you like to stay somewhere quiet.
Convenient for local pubs and Beccles is a short walk away.
The site was well maintained and the owners were friendly and welcoming.
The toilet and shower were maintained to the highest standard.
If you love music there are local pubs within walking distance.
We stayed here to go to the Swan music festival and have booked to stay
Again next year.

Liked: Good location, lovely pub within walking distance, near to beaches and the lovely Beccles Quay and marshes. Very peaceful at night. Allowed us to have day guests too.
Site was very clean and tidy, and lovely owners who were on hand if needed.
Disliked: Couldn’t choose a pitch and we were put near the toilet/ shower so we always had people walking around the van some even through our actual pitch! Which was really frustrating.
There seemed to be a lot of noise ( not from the site) but from nearby, truck reversing beeps which was really annoying like there was building work going on, and traffic noise.
Felt like we were very overlooked by houses and also a bungalow just over the fence! So had to keep a lot of blinds closed.

This was a fabulous site. The owners were friendly and helpful,
There was one toilet/shower which was immaculate, a play area for small children, and I would recommend this site to anyone who uses C. L's.
The site is on a quiet lane with good access although the road to it can be a bit narrow if cars are parked along it.
It is next to a pony field and the C. L. Owners keep chickens.
We are already thinking about returning there.

Great site. Very clean and quiet, with friendly owners.
Only 5 vans, with electric hook ups on one side ( away from small road ) of the field. Part of the village, but away from the built up area.
Small narrow road leads up to site. Locked at night, with password entry. Free wifi. Free shower. Weather was not so good,
We will be back. £18 a night

Quiet, clean, picturesque, large pitches, wonderful walks, very helpful unobtrusive owners.
Needless to say I will return ASAP.
If you want to be "away form it all" but near shops, pubs etc this is the place for you
