 What a gem!

As soon as we drove in the first impression was wow! Beautiful plants everywhere well cared for grass areas, the warden was welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

The facilities were immaculate not a single thing at fault. We were due to stay for 1 night but were so happy we extended our stay.

Although there is some road noise it was masked by the birds and the water flowing past in the stream.

We walked into the town and supported the local shops.

Would love to revisit on our next tour of Wales.

Well done to all that maintain this little gem

Well kept site with a friendly welcome just off the A40.

Lots of road noise! Best suited to those with a car as there are limited activities on foot and limited public transport.

Great for families as has several family washrooms and a kids play area.

Magical campsite with amazing location and facilities!

We booked this campsite at short notice hit a little glitch with the online booking system but no such issues when I called reception everything discussed for our needs and booking processed over the phone with a delightful lady.

First time we ever stayed at this site just us 2 adults and 3 dogs on the adults only section of the campsite in our motorhome just beautiful quiet and clean.

Shower block is huge with very clean facilities.

Secure Dog run is handy for giving the pooches a quick run and Llandovery town is less than a 10 minute flat walk away from campsite.

Quite a few pubs and eateries there all dog friendly. Well done Erwlon we have already booked our second visit!

Cracking campsite in the heart of Wales

Excellent campsite. Booked at the last minute and delighted with our choice.

Pitch was a hard standing with electric hook up close to the shower block.

Shower block was probably the cleanest and largest I’ve been to. Excellent. Separate room for washing dishes, again clean and spacious.

Site appeared very well laid out.

The only confusing part was that satnav took me to a private property on the opposite side of the road… sorrry, in our defence it was dark!

Warm welcome on arrival at the camp site. Excellent value for money too.

Definitely coming back again!

A well-kept site with clean, modern and well thought out facilities.

It’s surrounded by trees and a small stream runs alongside.

It’s a short walk to the well-stocked Coop but the delightful town of Llandovery is more of a cycle ride.

In the shower and toilet area I appreciated the privacy cubicles and the heating.

The washing up area is well-equipped and, in common with the rest of the site, has a steady supply of hot water.

Unfortunately, we stayed in the Adults Only area. This is mainly occupied by permanent touring vans, each surrounded by decking, solar lights, wind chimes and gnomes. Those that were occupied were busy doing vacuuming, DIY and even jet washing! May just as well have stayed at home.

The toilet block was a little tired with rotting wood on the ramp, and posters from 2018 on the notice board. There were no loo rolls in one of the men’s cubicles on Thursday morning.

The watercourse isn’t particularly accessible, so don’t be fooled by the site map!

The walk to the coop is nice and flat on a good pavement - only 8 minutes, and the walk into town is flat and easy.

The site is next to the A40, so expect some early morning traffic noise.

As others have said, the pitches are on the small side, and ours seemed to consist mainly of an old concrete shed base!

Sorry to sound so negative, but we had expected better, and decided to leave early.

A lovely site. Friendly staff. Good security. Well laid out.

Excellent facilities.

Dog friendly with a small enclosed, secure dog run.

Easy walk into town.

Will visit again.
