 We stayed here with Piotr on his site last year and enjoyed it so much we returned for another visit this year. In fact we were only booked in for 5 days but extended it to 6.
If you like peace and quiet and very well spaced pitches overlooking a meadow look no further. Piotr has cut paths through grass and the woodland areas to walk dogs or just enjoy the countryside.
There is also lots to see and do in the area and access to the Water Rail Cycle trail to Lincoln within 2 miles. The country lanes are also good for exploring by bike. Woodhall Spa has all the amenities and shops you will need and is just over a mile away.
As a CAMC CL there are no toilets or showers but there are electric hook-ups and water.

It truly is a beautiful site, 17 acres to wander around,
Well mowed path to follow, super helpful owner who just loves to chat.
Can supply extra leads to reach the elec pods.
Seems very rural yet close to town, though probably best to drive as lane has no path.
£26 a night with elec may seem steep but surroundings are so worth it👍

A little too expensive for the month of Feb, and no facilities.
£26 per night. Lovely area. Long walk into Woodhall Spa.
Lovely walks. Probably look a lot better in summer months.

If you like the idea of being as one with nature then this site is definitely worth a visit.
Lovely well kept grounds and a very knowledgeable, friendly owner, it’s just a shame we couldn’t stay longer.
Will definitely try to get back later in the year.
Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the site very much, clean and well maintained with nice walks and also fishing.
A nice little pub about a mile away.
Not far from Woodall Spa, also a lovely place to visit.
We will be going again

First time at Oaklea and hopefully not the last we had the most wonderfully week so peaceful and quiet just what my husband and I needed the weather was fantastic.
We were only 4 minutes drive to all the shops cafes and restaurants what more do you need, even our little dog was chilled the site was well looked after with lovely walks and the owner was a mind of information.

The most beautiful and best laid out site on the circuit
Set in beautiful grounds with trees and shrubs, woodlands on the other side of the road too, peace and quiet.
Very friendly owner who is very informative about the plants
Adults only which is always a bonus
Dogs welcome

Fantastic site with the most beautiful surrounding. Piotr is the most generous hospitable host. The gardens and woodland are a joy to behold we had the most peaceful relaxing break. The dogs loved it as much as we did. Hopefully it will not be to long until we return as I would love to see the gardens at a different time of year.

The most beautiful and relaxing site we have ever been to, a credit to the owner and his late wife all the work and love they have put into making this site as it is today.
We will definitely visit again as it soon has become a firm favourite

A beautiful relaxing site situated just outside Woodhall Spa. For those who wish to walk to the village, it takes about 30 minutes. The site itself is large, with plentiful trees (see owners own website), and is served by two posts, each of which holds three electric and one water point. Grey waste can be discharged into the many shrubs and bushes in the camping area. The area is ideal for cycling with a very pleasant trail along an old railway track to Horncastle.
