 Great campsite.

Excellent views, close enough to local village but feels far away by isolation.

Owners were very welcoming.

Nice breeze kept the midgies away, but it’s pot luck on that.

Will definitely use again

This is a lovely campsite - beautiful location, convenient for exploring Arran/ walking Goatfell.

It is a little step out of the centre of Brodick - which gives it a sense of peace and solitude.

It has basic facilities - toilet and cold water - no electricity or showers - but this is part of its charm - and it is a great stopping place for hikers - I would recommend.

It was very clean and quiet.

We all really enjoyed our time here!

There was plenty of space for lots of pitches, great atmosphere and the facilities were lovely.

As well as this the views were stunning -

Will definitely come back and recommend to others. 10/10

The site was really well kept and yes it's a basic site but the toilets are well maintained.

My family had a great time and everyone was very respectful

Lovely campsite! beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere and able to have campfires.

Toilets/sinks provided (clean with toilet paper and soap), which was enough for us as we could bathe in the Glen Rosa river pools in the valley round the corner!

We walked from the ferry terminal (about 40mins) which was great since we don't have a car. Also walkable distance to Goatfell Mountain and the Three Beinns walk - great spot to base yourself for walking.

Would definitely stay again.

The most beautiful campsite I have ever stayed at.

We may have been lucky with the weather and the lack of midges,

But the campsite was perfectly positioned and so quiet and so simple and so lovely!

Spectacular location surrounded by mountains in a very quiet valley. Lots of space so well away from others.

The loo block is clean but dated (and will need a refurb sooner rather than later). Very basic but then also only £5. 00, so excellent value. The midges were a pain, but you get them anywhere.

If walking into town, take care on the A841 as there is no pavement from the Museum to the B880 road junction and there are occasional big trucks.

It's a shame there's not a parallel path in the wood immediately north of the road.

We had a lovely time at the glen rosa

Would highly recommend

The man made sure toilets were clean and came by to have a chat

Very clean and not too noisy

Will definitely be back, only downfall was the midgies

A fine and ultra-basic campsite in the perfect position! About 40 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, right at the head of the valley. And a beautiful location indeed, right at the end of the road. Ground soft and easy to get the tent pegs in.

Facilities are ultra-spartan - toilets, cold water basin, that's it. No hot water, no shower.

If you want a wash, there's the river. But its only £5 a night, and the view alone's worth that!
